"The Effects of Workplace Gossip on Organizational Culture"
Timothy Smith, Selsius™ Performance Improvement Consultant, joins the Speakers Bureau in offering this great session on the effects of workplace gossip. This session will allow participants to understand their Gossip Quotient using an assessment tool, and will help build awareness of the upsides and downsides of an organizational culture that is shaped by employee gossiping.
