Southwestern Illinois College Dual Credit Program (Not Available Until Spring 2009) SWIC's Dual Credit program allows high school students 16 years of age and older to earn high school and college credit simultaneously while attending the identified course in their high school classroom. The high school instructor meets the college's minimum instructor requirements and the course is taught as a college level course.
